This is a 1 minute test video.
I discovered an automatic animation effect in Mandelbulber that is
reproducible. By using a 'transform' in slot 1 or elsewhere in a hybrid fractal and
then keyframing an animation as usual, the finished video contains
elements that are seemingly created by the fractal itself.
It's possible the transform is interacting with the keyframing sequence. The effect is probably cause by DE (distance estimation).
I found keyframing into the same or similar location inside the fractal gives a smoother zoom effect. It works best if the basic fractal is a long rectangular box shape and you keyframe in one end. I found using a cube-type initial shape makes the same location technique bounce around inside it. This wastes a lot of frames and is not productive.
